Whenever an Archiver submits an artifact(s) for approval, the system automatically sends an email to the Archiver’s supervisor notifying him that one or more artifacts are queued for approval. At this point, the artifact is in "Submitted" status. A submitted artifact does not show up in MapLibrary.NET’s Search feature until a Supervisor approves it.
Note: This only applies if your System Administrator has configured MapLibrary.NET to communicate with an email server. If so, it only applies if the Archiver is set up to require approvals from a Supervisor.
The REVIEW ARTIFACT SUBMISSIONS page displays.
The EDIT ARTIFACT page displays.
Review the artifact(s) and its attributes to ensure it is acceptable for general availability in MapLibrary.NET.
