Use Global Search to search across all artifact types and all attributes on all artifacts in the system. Global search is similar to search engines on the web, therefore is simple to use. For example, if you would like to find all artifacts on Maple Street, you might search for "Maple" in Global Search.
Note: You will find ALL artifacts that have the text "Maple" in any of their attributes, so it is possible that you may get matches that you are not interested in, such as a map showing Maple syrup production zones. If you would like to do a more complex search to eliminate undesirable hits, use a more complete search value, or use Artifact Search instead.
When the MapLibrary.NET home page displays, you may begin a Global Search.
